Whistle is a cross-platform network debugging proxy that captures traffic over protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, HTTP/2, and WebSocket, and lets you modify requests and responses with rules. It comes in two versions: a desktop client and a command-line tool.

Tailscale Funnel is a Tailscale feature. It routes internet traffic to a local service running on a device in your tailnet, so people who don't have Tailscale installed can reach it through a public Funnel URL.
